Subscription Terms

What you get

A free version of IAH Guru: Trading School is available. IAH Pro adds benefits such as unlimited simulator sessions and all simulator types, all lessons unlocked, no ads, all five skill levels, tournaments and challenges, premium narration voices and characters, early access to new lessons, saved chat folders and priority support. The current list is shown in the App on the Pro screen and may change as features are added.

Price and billing

• Prices in other countries and currencies are set by the store and shown to you before you buy. They may include taxes.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month for the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• If a renewal payment fails, the store may retry it and may keep or pause your access during a grace period.
• We may change prices. The store will tell you, and where the law requires it will ask for your consent. A price change does not affect you until your next renewal after the store notice.

Offers and discounts

• Discount offers (for example 50% off, or an occasional larger discount) are shown in the App before you buy. A discounted offer is its own subscription product: the discounted price applies to every renewal for as long as you stay subscribed to that product, unless the offer says otherwise before you buy.
• One offer at a time: offers do not stack.
• Friend codes. When a friend joins with your code and later pays for their first period, you and they may each receive a free month of IAH Pro. Rewards are applied by us through the store system, can take time, and may be refused if we find abuse. One friend code can be redeemed per account, and only by a new account that has not subscribed.
• We do not currently offer a free trial. If we do, its length, price and what happens when it ends will be shown before you start.

How to cancel

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel in your store account:

iPhone / iPad

Settings › your name › Subscriptions › IAH Guru › Cancel Subscription. (Or open the App Store › your profile picture › Subscriptions.)

Android

Google Play app › your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › IAH Guru › Cancel subscription.

After you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. In the App you can open Preferences › Memberships to see your plan, start date, next renewal date and amount.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple or Google, so refund requests go to them: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google at Google Play refund help. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves, but if you have a problem with your membership, tell us through the Customer Support form in the app (Preferences › Customer Support) and we will help. This does not affect any right to a refund you have under the law of the place where you live.

Restoring purchases and switching phones

Memberships belong to your Apple or Google account. On a new phone, sign in to the same store account and use Restore purchases on the Pro screen.

Virtual cash is not for sale

You cannot buy virtual cash, simulator balances, points or virtual items with real money, and a subscription does not give you any. They have no real-world value. See the Terms.
